Amber is the "nicest and third prettiest" girl at Cass's, Max-Ernest's, and Yo-Yoji's school. In reality, she isn't really nice, having helped the Midnight Sun capture the Homunculus, accusing Cass and Max-Ernest of liking each other, then accusing Yo-Yoji of hitting on Cass, laughing at Veronica's cruel comment about Cass's ears, and trying to get the Ring of Thoth from Cass so the Midnight Sun could find out the Secret. When in book 5 Dr. L dies, she becomes Ms. Mauvias's new partner, and she also graduates in book 5. She has a crush on Yo-Yoji.
